WFB Rec Game Rescheduling Procedure

The home team coach should talk to the coach of the other team to confirm the cancellation. During the conversation, agree on several dates/times/field locations that are convenient for both teams to play the rescheduled game. The scheduled practice time/field of one of the teams should be considered.
The home team coach should then call the Field Coordinator. The Coordinator for each Age Group and their contact info is noted below. The Field Coordinator will confirm date/time/field availability for your game. They will also inform you of the other teams to call if your game will interrupt a previously scheduled practice. Finally, they will attempt to schedule a referee for the new game.
The home team coach should contact the other coach to confirm the new game date/time/field.
Please notify the referee scheduler (Bill Stevens-listed below) of any last minute game cancellations.
