About Whitefish Bay Soccer Club

Club Mission

The purpose of Whitefish Bay Soccer Club is to create an environment for the development and education of players and coaches; to provide an opportunity for advancement to higher levels of competition in the sport of soccer; and to promote commitment to excellence of physical skills and mental discipline.

Club Philosophy

We must be unified in policy, administration, and purpose. We will maintain a unified club soccer organization with the goal of being all-inclusive and elevating the overall standard of play to its highest potential within the Whitefish Bay Soccer Community.

Core Values of our Philosophy include:

Excellence and integrity in our approach to the game of soccer.
Inclusion of all players wishing to participate in club soccer using a multi-leveled team structure.
Placement of all players at their own appropriate competitive level through a fair tryout process based on the player's skill level.
Education of players, coaches, and parents to enhance their passion for the game.
Commitment to excellence of physical skills and mental discipline.

Coaches of all the Whitefish Bay Soccer Club teams will work closely with one another to share ideas, and will work to provide the best environment for each and every player to reach his/her maximum potential. The Whitefish Bay Soccer Club coaches and assistant coaches will be required to enhance their coaching skills through attending clinics, seminars, licensing courses and professional and national games. USSF and/or NSCAA is highly recommended. A coaching rotation system is also in place so players, coaches, and teams do not stagnate.

Everyone in the Whitefish Bay Soccer Club, family members included, will feel the pride of each team bearing the club name. Teams will use the same uniforms, logos, and colors in order to provide a strong club identity. Club colors are blue, red and white. It is our hope to travel together to tournaments, and this unity in branding allows us to be more easily recognizable to each other and the general soccer community.
